Both caffeine and nicotine are highly addictive substances and can hinder you in treating your anxiety disorder. Quit consuming these stimulants. You also should avoid consuming alcohol because the long-term effects can be overwhelmingly hard to get over.

 

Treatment 5 – Reduce Your Stress Level

 

Life is stressful; there’s no doubt about that. However, if you can reduce the stress a bit, you’re body and mind will thank you for it. You can do this by relaxing more; take a hot bath and read a good book. Listen to music. Do things that you enjoy for fun and take a load off your shoulders. Consider taking up yoga or meditation. You can even exercise.

If you want to cure your panic attacks and reduce your stress, adopt better eating habits. Consume copious amounts of vitamins and minerals and eat nutrient rich foods. When you eat healthier foods, you tend to stress less about the things in your life.
